Our Erection Capabilities
  • To check the Anchor Bolt fixing arrangement like Alignment, Leveling & Verticality of concrete column in final lift casting of the concrete
  • Proper access & plat form should be available to reach the Anchor bolt level Arrangement by other agency
  • All the equipment used for the AB Arrangement should be inspected & certified by Chartered Engineer or competent Agency
  • Sling/wire rope to be used for the tie & lifting of the material & all the material lifting equipment should be inspected (3rd party inspection.)
  • Tie the guy Ropes (All four Sides) for the particular steel member which is going to erect
  • After the erection of members check the plumb with the help of plumb bob
  • Installation of side girts and wind bracing with the help of scaffolding or scissor lift
  • Tie all the guy ropes in all the directions with the help of peg & turn Buckles Remove the sling by using Scaffolds, cherry picker or scissor lift
  • Sorting & assembly of rafters with flange angle(Acc. To the part mark)
  • Tightening of bolt by turn of nut method (Snug Tight)
  • Final inspection of the bolt tightening & part mark of the members
  • Placing the rafter at required position & put the connection bolt
  • Put the required guy ropes at the lifting location of the assembled frame with both end tag lines
  • Fix the guy ropes with the help peg & turn buckles & aligned the erected structures
  • Releasing the sling by using Cherry Picker/Scissor Lift
  • Lifting of the roof purlins with the help of Crane, Scissor lift or boom lift
  • Installation of roof purlin as per the turn of nut method
  • Installation of flange angle, roof bracing and sag rod as per the turn of nut method
  • Alignment of the Secondary members
  • Ensure good house keeping to be maintained @ site premises
